Through Zoom or In Person.
Svava is a international celebrity health coach, with a degree in dance and a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist & yoga teacher.
She combines the three roots of her company into her clients personal training;
Train Like A Viking, Eat Like A Viking, Think Like A Viking.
With the training, she uses her own combination of functional training, kickboxing, ballet, plyometrics, core & balance training and Strength & Conditioning, giving you a lean, athletic body.
Svava will be hands on with your nutrition, guiding you to create healthy eating habits, and a realistic diet that you can keep longterm.
And very importantly, she will as well be giving you great tools for your inner wellbeing; how to rewire your brain and recondition your body which will lead you to become who you truly are.

The Swiss ball is such a fantastic and cheap equipment for your training, especially for your balance & core. It’s great to use for beginner level, intermediate and advanced level. So no matter where you are, it’s a great one.
In the video I’m showing exercises that are at different difficulty levels for you to go for.
I cannot stress enough how important having both good balance and strong core is, especially as we age.
So please add it into your routine. Even just few exercises, few minutes, can make a difference.
