It can never work.
As being so hard on yourself, hating on yourself constantly comes from the belief that you should be perfect. And anything short of that just shows how unworthy you are.
So every time you don’t do things perfectly, make a mistake, say a stupid thing, fail at something, make a mess of things, have a bad day, don’t preform as you “should”, you see that as an evidence of your flawed character. As an evidence of what a loser you are.
So with time, you start to shy away from doing anything new, anything out of your comfort zone, anything that might get you hurt, anything you might fail in, anything that you could make a mistake with, as that will expose that you are not perfect.

And you treat constructive criticism from other people; if a loved one says about something that might need improvement or voices out a need or a concern, you take that in the same way. As an attack on you, as they are exposing that you are not perfect.

You are not perfect. Never were, never will be.

You are imperfect.
Stop seeing that as a bad thing.

Because, It is an amazing fucking thing!!!

It gives you space. Now, you have so much space.
To grow, to learn, to make those mistakes, to mess up, to fail, and again learn and then just go again. To be silly and get things wrong and be open and be bad at things and to do better and laugh at yourself with yourself and allow others to do the same.
And to also, at same time, stand with yourself and be fine with not everyone liking you.

It actually makes you do so much more. Because then you don’t shy away from any of those things anymore, as they are not exposing anything bad about you.

Simple Savage SLAYING!!! ⚔️🔥

LOVE this one.
2 exercises. 12 rounds.
Deadlifts start at x12 reps, jump over bar burpee starts at x1 rep. Then with every round, deadlifts go down by one rep and the jump over bar burpees go up by one rep. So, the last round is x1 rep of deadlifts, x12 reps of jump over bar burpees.

Went to Portugal for a little birthday celebration.
And this is my take:

Few weeks ago I turned 45.
And I love it. LOVE IT.

I have completely emptied my cup of external dictation of how I should view my body, or the way I should dress or the way I should behave or the way I should be.
Or that I should view in a selective way, me as a human and with it, others humans. That I should dehumanise myself so I can dehumanise others. Fuck no.
And that life is about individualism, about accumulating stuff, accumulating things.
That success is about taking, never about giving.
That life is to only care about people of your little made up subhuman sect.

I be who I fucking choose to be.

The superpower that us women have is to create life, whether we choose to use that superpower or not, which is also OUR choosing, and, to protect life.
The incredible Mother Earth energy.
That’s why the second half of our lives evolution turns off us creating life.
And it does that so that we can fully be in that protective, wise, caring, strong, loving, motherly woman power.

I be who I fucking choose to be.

And I choose to be so formidably in that wise protective fully human loving power.
