How many times have you heard people say that??? And if you aren´t doing that, it’s because you are lazy and weak and just not trying hard enough.
It´s bullshit. You are none of those things.
Most fitness companies and trainers fail to take care of the most important part of your wellbeing; your mentality. Your state of being.

So, it´s not enough to just seek tools for your training and your nutrition.
