With the training, she uses her own combination of functional training, kickboxing, ballet, plyometrics, core & balance training and Strength & Conditioning, giving you a lean, athletic body.
Svava will be hands on with your nutrition, guiding you to create healthy eating habits, and a realistic diet that you can keep longterm.
And very importantly, she will as well be giving you great tools for your inner wellbeing; how to rewire your brain and recondition your body which will lead you to become who you truly are.
