
Creamy Spagetti a la Raven
This is one of my daughter Raven’s fantastic recipes. Packed with such goodness and mouth watering flavour of deliciousness! The sundried tomatoes are just to die for within this recipe. Never been much for them, but this recipe completely changed my mind.I often as well add chicken to this one, which you can, start then with one breast cut in cubes and pan cooked, then add everything in from step 2 of the instructions and then keep on going.

Ingredients
- 100 g spagetti
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 small read onion
- 2 tbsp double cream, you can also get plant double cream
- Handful of grated cheese
- Drizzle of olive oil/rapeseed oil/coconut oil
- 1/2 courgette
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp green and red adobo spice ( one of each ) or any other seasoning that you have and like
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Few sundried tomatoes, cut in strips
Method
- Water to pot along with drizzle of oil and salt. when starting to boil, add the spagetti in, reduce heat and let it cook for about 15 min.Chop all the veggies, oil to pan, and when hot, add all of the veggies.Add all of the spices as well to the pan.When the veggies are cooked and golden, will take few min, add the oat cream, the paste and half a handful of your cheese. Stir everything together.Drain the spagetti then add that to the pan and the rest of your cheese. Mix with the rest and cook for just 2 min.Plate it up and enjoy my Viking!The Adobo spices you can order on amazon, and other places.
