Four things we do not say to ourselves whilst we are slaying it: I should be better at this, I can´t do this, this is too hard for me, I look stupid. 

You are showing up for your self, you are fucking slaying it, respect that and respect your self. Do not tear your self down when you are in the middle of doing something that is building you up.  And no, you shouldn´t be better at this, you can do this, this is not too hard for you, and you can fall, you can wobble, you can get things wrong; but you do not look stupid. You look like a person who is learning new things.
