Here is your workout library, every session just pick one that you fancy or mix two together. If you do that, then I would mix a core workout with one of the other ones, ending with the core.
You can pick the workouts randomly or have a routine, legs one day, then upper body the next, then bum along with core, and finally full body workout. And then you just start the round again. And I will be continuously adding new workouts for you to slay!
