The Skin Master

Carrots are excellent for your skin and so is spinach, downing this one will give you punch of antioxidants that protect the skin and repair skin tissue.

Cook Time 1 minute
Servings: 1

Ingredients
  

  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/2 carrot, chopped
  • 70 g raspberries
  • 1 small banana
  • Bite-size of ginger
  • 5 mango 1cm cube sized mango bites ( you can also buy mango chunks ready to use)
  • Pour water in, for the blender mix

Method
 

  1. Put all the ingredients into your blender, add the water and whizz to a pulp.
